POSITION: Shift Boiler/Evaporator Plant Operator
LOCATION: Carver/Wareham
PAY: $28/hr - $32/hr (based on experience)
SHIFT: Full-time - 2nd Shift (overtime available)

Morgan Staffing Services is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Boiler / Evaporator Plant Operator to support daily plant operations in Massachusetts. This role is critical to maintaining safe, efficient, and high-quality production processes within an industrial manufacturing environment.
🔥 About the Role
As a Boiler Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and operating the boiler, evaporation, and juice processing systems, ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently. You will follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot operational issues as they arise.

🛠 Key Responsibilities
Monitor, operate, and maintain boiler, evaporation, and processing equipment
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for plant operations
Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues promptly
Load and unload materials and equipment as required
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Maintain cleanliness in compliance with GMP and sanitation standards
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
Record equipment readings, logs, and required documentation accurately

Ability to operate industrial and plant equipment
Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
Effective verbal and written communication
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment
🎓 Qualifications
Valid 2nd Class Fireman’s License – REQUIRED
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in boiler operations, plant operations, or industrial environments
Familiarity with plant tools, equipment, and safety procedures
