POSITION: Forklift Driver - Warehouse, Lumber, Logistics
LOCATION: Greater Boston Area
PAY: $20/hr
SHIFT: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Morgan Staffing Services is currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a full-time position in the Greater Boston Area. This role is ideal for dependable, safety-focused individuals who enjoy hands-on work and thrive in fast-paced outdoor environments.
🚜 About the Role
As a Forklift Operator, you’ll play a key role in daily warehouse and lumber yard operations. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading lumber products, accurately fulfilling customer orders, and maintaining efficient material flow throughout the yard.
This position requires strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail. You’ll spend 80% or more of your shift working outdoors, making it an excellent fit for individuals who prefer active, physical work over a desk job.
✅ Requirements
Previous experience operating a sit-down forklift
Ability to lift 50–70 lbs regularly
Lumber yard experience preferred
Strong basic math skills for order accuracy
Comfortable working outdoors most of the day
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
