POSITION: Home Health Aide
LOCATION: Wareham & Plymouth
PAY: $20/hr
SHIFT: Various hours, including weekends

Morgan Staffing Services is currently hiring compassionate Home Health Aides to support patients in Wareham and Plymouth, Massachusetts. This role is ideal for caring professionals who are passionate about helping others maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.
💙 About the Role
As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personalized, hands-on care to elderly individuals, recovering patients, and individuals with disabilities. Whether working in private homes or care facilities, you’ll be a trusted presence supporting both patients and their families.
This position requires empathy, strong communication, and the physical ability to assist patients safely while following established care plans.
🩺 What You’ll Do
Provide attentive, individualized care to patients
Monitor patient condition and report changes to care teams
Assist with daily living activities, including bathing and dressing
Administer medications and change bandages as required
Support and educate family members on proper patient care
Maintain a respectful, compassionate caregiving environment
✅ What You Bring
Experience in home health, hospice, or related care
Patient, positive, and compassionate attitude
Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
Physical ability to assist patients safely
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a CORI background check
Completion of required training and demonstrated competency
