John Morgan is the owner of LaborMax Staffing, a temporary to permanent staffing company based in Boston, MA, which services the Greater Boston area and Southeast and Western Massachusetts. John is a staffing and sales professional with 20+ years of experience in manufacturing, light industrial, construction, and professional placement services.

A native of Boston, MA, John grew up in Mattapan and was fortunate to participate in the Metco Program. This program offered inner-city youths the opportunity to learn in suburban public schools. In 1988, John graduated from Newton South High School and decided to go to college in Florida. In 1993, John graduated from Florida A&M University (FAMU), a historically black college with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Black American History.

John started his professional career with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, working out of several Boston locations. Then in 1999, John found his true passion when he joined Labor Ready, a staffing service company, as their branch manager. John began as a single-branch manager in Brockton, MA, eventually taking on more and more locations until his promotion to Market Manager. As Market Manager, John was responsible for overseeing 12+ branches located over three states - Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut generating $30 million+ in revenue.

John enjoys working in his yard, anything sports, and loves to work out when he has time. John is a father of three and currently lives in Fall River, MA, with his wife, Cathy, and their two dogs, Sansa and Hendrix.
