Join our dynamic team as a Home Health Aide and make a real difference! You'll deliver essential healthcare services to patients in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes or within our caring facilities in Wareham or Plymouth MA. Be the heart of home care!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities

• Monitor and report changes in patient health status

• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients

• Provide specialized healthcare such as administering medication and changing bandages

• Teach family members ways to care for patient

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields

• Positive and patient demeanor

• Ability to build rapport with patients

• Ability to handle physical workload

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Must have own transportation

• Able to pass a CORI background check

• Successfully completed the required training programs demonstrated for competency
